How to apply for the JET Programme in 2023?
The Embassy of Japan has recently opened applications for the position of Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) in Japan, which will be held under the JET programme. This programme was previously only available to native English-speaking countries, but it has now been expanded to include more countries.
To be eligible for the programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:
An official score of IELTS 7.0 or above, or TOEFL iBT 100 or above
At least three years of experience teaching English in an institution

To apply for the JET programme, simply fill out the application form available at and send it to culture@dc.mofa.go.jp by the deadline of February 16, 2023.
